Pine Rivers Community Groups Receive Funding Boost
A number of Pine Rivers community groups have been given a financial boost by the State
Government, with $127,000 in funding allocated from the latest round of Gambling Community Benefit Fund (GCBF).
The fund uses taxes from Golden Casket lotteries, wagering, keno and gaming machines to pay out grants to Queensland community organisations.
Pine Rivers MP, Mr Seath Holswich, said the money was given to grassroots community groups to assist with their programs and services.
